These unsung heros despite tremendous adversities and racial barriers made significant contributions to sceince and technology that shaped our world as we know it today. Sugar, the light bulb, cotton and instant coffee doesn't even scratch the surface of the things they made or improved upon that impacts our quality of life.
The simplistic, yet powerful images and message, celebrates these prolific men and can be your small way of paying homage to their sacrifices, acknowledging their work and honoring their memory during this special time of year.
